There are quite a few, which all seem revolve around times that we were together as a Sales Team - mill tours to Mercier, Congoleum, and our manufacturer of Homecrest American Artisan & Heirloom; or even our sales events and sales meetings. We always have a great time together and I’m constantly reminded how lucky I am to work with some of the best people in the industry.

My favorite part of what I do every day is that no two days are the same. There are always opportunities that present themselves in different ways and you have to be ready for them.

The growth that I’ve seen at Bishop over the years that I’ve been here is staggering. From being more reliant on some of our national brand partners early on (many of which have moved in different directions) to developing the Homecrest brand; we have consistently focused on what we can do to be the distributor of choice for our customers. I think that our persistence in that area has paid off as we have continued to develop a phenomenal brand and partnerships with our customers. I can’t wait to see how we continue to evolve in the future!
